Meetings

We will ensure that Board and Annual meetings are well attended and that all necessary notices are prepared and distributed on time. Additionally, we will prepare and distribute all meeting documents, such as agendas, management reports, and election materials, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Managment

With a reliable assistant, we can assist in overseeing independent contractors and employees working for the Association. We can gather bids for repair, maintenance services, and large projects, and prepare a summary for the Board’s review. Additionally, we can carry out property inspections and provide a detailed written report to the Board. We can also help with the creation of an annual management plan for the Association. When it comes to legal, maintenance, and parliamentary matters of importance, we can provide valuable advice to the Board. Moreover, we offer a 24-hour emergency answering service to ensure peace of mind for the Association.

Financial

Our services include collecting monthly and special assessments, reviewing and paying invoices twice a week, preparing and sending monthly financial statements to the Board, issuing late notices to delinquent owners, collaborating with the Board and Association attorney on collection cases, preparing the annual budget review and drafting the budget, and working with the association’s accountant to prepare income tax returns.
